Amazing Clubhouse
This is a great place to call home. The neighbors are kind, the apartments are beautiful and charming and I feel safe here. The managers are great they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from the moment I arrived. The newly remodeled clubhouse is AMAZING. This place is perfect!Spacious Living
I love all the amenities offered here. The price is reasonable for all you get living here. This is spacious living with the comfort of a gated community and friendly staff. The pool is clean and welcoming and the weight room is open at normal times and in good order. I appreciate the immaculate grounds. We are close to everything you need.Great

We lived here 5+ years and found it to be a wonderful place for our family. It is very home-like with real tile, plush carpet, nice appliances; it is spacious and has a fireplace and a 2 car garage. I love the huge pool with a BBQ area, the luxurious clubhouse with a great gym and kitchen. Pricing is similar to renting a house but this a gated community with provided maintenance so it is a safe, low-maintenance home for corporate housing and families alike. We couldn't thank managers enough for the present environment and activities they provided. We loved living here.Feels like a home
The apartments feel more like duplex homes than apartments. We never had any maintenance issues and the units are clean and well kept up. It is super quiet, we never heard our neighbors and the pool was relaxing. I would recommend Jasmine Parke to a friend.
