The manager has made a safe and fun environment to live in as a student. The location is great, I like being within walking distance from grocery stores. I love the quiet nights and did I mention the friendly management? This is a lovely community with shade trees and nice landscaping. Monterey Pines is the way to go. My experience in the year I have lived here has been nothing short of extraordinary.

Big apartments
I like the big square footage apartments, starting 1050 sq. ft., almost all have been remodeled. The parking is limited especially during the weekends. The manager in the office is a gentleman, he was very kind. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves.

Great location
This is a great family environment there isn’t a lot of crime. We are close to everything, the freeway, church, schools, stores and Fresno State.

Walking distance to the park
I love that we are close to bus lines, the market and within walking distance to the park. Right now there aren’t many kids in the neighborhood.
