Great Sized Apartments
I lived here for over a year. There was only 1 issue, a bathroom leak, while I was a resident and it was quickly fixed. The manager even let me borrow fans to dry out the carpet that had gotten wet during the leak. My only complaint is that the parking could be better, sometimes people would park in my spot. Overall the apt was great, nice size bedrooms, living room and kitchen.Good place to live
Brooks Villa was a great place to live for the 1 year I was a resident. The manager was nice, friendly and helpful, there weren’t often problems but when there were they were taken care of quickly. Everyone got 1 assigned parking space, I wish there had been more parking spaces for families with more than 1 vehicle and for guests. Also I would have loved to be able to see my car from my apartment. I would live here again as overall it was a great place to live.
