Great place
I have lived here for 2+ yrs and am happy with my apartment. The grounds are well maintained. So glad a friend recommended it to me, it is a great place to live.Glad I moved here
I just moved in and am so happy I did!Affordable
It is an older property but has been a decent place to live for the last 3 years. The manager is super nice and helpful. We have moved out to a nicer place but actually miss Cardinal Creek, it was a great place to get on our feet as the rent and electric bills are very reasonable. We would recommend the apartments to anyone who needs a decent place to live with low rent and utilities.
