There is plenty of nice grass, trees and flowers to enjoy while you walk your dog. It is very pet friendly. They are well-kept apartments despite being older. I Like how there is lots of parking.Great Manager
The manager works hard to deal with any issues that come up. She has been great to our family. We have enjoyed the 5 years we have lived here. It is a friendly working class community. It is a nice quiet place to live, love it!Good neighbors
I have lived here for a couple years and love the neighborhood. It is affordable and clean. There is a nice diversity of people living here.Best price for size anywhere
The manager is a gem. She keeps the large laundry room clean and takes a personal interest in tenants and the property overall. She did my walk thru on a Sunday and made sure that maintenance was done promptly. Once she even took my call and came personally at 3AM when my bathroom flooded and had it fixed by the next day when I got off work. Nothing I have found comes close to the price for the size apartment. It is located close to stores. I highly recommend Colonia Del Sol apartments.Great Place!
