Love being close to the Tower District and downtown, there is a sense of community. Great for walking past craftsman style homes and greeting other walkers and neighbors.Great for family
I loved this neighborhood for raising my family. Great streets for walking the dog, cat and kids. Also it is walking distance to a restaurant.Affordable
This was my first apartment, I had a great time here. Rent is a good price. I liked my close neighbors, but didn’t love the surrounding neighborhood.Nice upgrades
The staff has worked hard to make everything nice. They are working on upgrading the complex, we recently got a new roof and paint on all the apartments, and it looks great. I appreciate that there are working security gates to enter the property and a nice large laundry room on site.
