Great Staff
I felt very comfortable here the management was great and always called me by name and even called me one day when they saw a dog like mine to make sure she hadn’t gotten away. The maintenance did a great job, responding if not that day no more than 24hrs after I placed a work order. I had 2 great neighbors who would help me carry things from my car to my place. I always felt safe here and enjoyed talking walks with my dog.Repairs done quickly
We haven’t lived here long but like how the property is cared for. The grounds here are well maintained and repairs are done promptly.Single level and quiet
I moved in recently and I feel so lucky to have found this gem! These apartments are single level and quiet. There are lots of families. It is a huge bonus that these apartments are in the Clovis school district. The staff and residents are friendly! The maintenance is very nice and quick to complete work. The location is awesome, there are many parks, shops and everything you need in walking distance. Go see the office staff to apply. This is the place to be.Friendly
I have lived in a 1 bedroom apartment about a year now and really enjoy it. I love the extra-large closets and the cozy layout. The patio is just right for having flowers and a patio set. There are lots of walkways thru beautiful grounds that are park like and great for walking. The mature trees and grassy area is good to meet new friends. The office staff, maintenance and grounds staff are all very friendly and respond to issues immediately. The staff goes out of their way to make the complex more like a community by offering fun activities to get involved in and a hand delivered newsletter filled with trivia, recipes, useful information, and a calendar. I enjoy living here.Absolutely love it here
My family and I have been living here for a couple years and we absolutely love it. It is very quiet and there are never cops called to this complex. This is such a comfortable place to live. The office ladies are nice and helpful. I recommend these apartments to my friends and family.
