Dogs must weigh no more than 20lbs. and fewer than 18 inches in height. Requires an additional $300 security deposit + an extra $20/month for pet rent. Animals must not be left on patio areas unattended and must be kept quiet as not to disturb you neighbors.

The service isn’t the best but the building is okay.Reasonable Price!
The prices are reasonable for such a lovely quiet apartment complex and there is nice landscaping.Beautiful
I have loved living here despite normally not being a fan of apartment living and am only moving due to job relocation to another city. It is peaceful and quiet here due to most residents being retired or responsible families and young people. The apartment isn’t fancy but it is clean and maintenance quickly addressed the few problems I have had. I feel like I have privacy since it is single level. It is affordable and well located. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful with Redwood trees, shrubs and flowers. I feel like it is a tranquil oasis here.Quiet
I am hoping to live here, it is beautifully landscaped and the community is so quiet.
