    I love all the beautiful updates to the apartments and grounds. I love the grounds here, great to have ponds! The new management is amazing!!!

  • Love it here!

    We live in a spacious 2 bedroom townhouse. There are washer/dryer hook ups on the patio which is convenient. The management is cool! Maintenance is on top of repairs, they usually fix problems within a couple hours. We have assigned parking. The pet deposit for our 2 cats was reasonable. The location is great. We are close to downtown, tower district and right down the street from FCC. Shopping is also close. We are planning on staying, we love it here!

  • Wonderful management

    The staff is resourceful and personable. The manager is a great listener and is getting things fixed. She is proactive and involved in the community, resourceful and knowledgeable. I enjoy living at The Parks with a manager who makes the apartment complex run smoothly.

  • Very spacious

    My kids moved here at the beginning of the year. They have a nice spacious apartment. It is very dark at night and I think it is time to repave. Also don’t like the mosquitoes but other than that I have no issues.
