  • Friendly neighbors

    There are friendly neighbors with mostly well-kept yards. There is only on bus route in the neighborhood but there are some very close markets and stores. Parking can be an issue.

  • Good Staff

    I lived here for a little over a year. It’s not the best area of town but nothing ever happened to my roommates and I, we felt safe. The manager is nice and the maintenance is quick to respond to repairs needed, both are very helpful! We had the 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment which is the largest they have.

    This is a quiet neighborhood at night, there aren’t lots of loud people or partying. I like that there are schools and parks close by.
